This video explains how to remove an oven door on many higher end ovens, such as Kitchen Aid, Kenmore, Whilrpool, Dacor, Thermador, Fisher and Paykel, and Bosch. The door will need to be removed to replace the hinges or cleaning the inside of the door.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful comment. I appreciate it.

  3. The video is exactly what I want and the hinge is very close to what I have too. But I have a problem to push the upper (long) lever down to engage the lower lever before I tried to put the door back on. Is there something wrong with the spring? it seems way too tight.

  4. Thank you very much for this video. It has helped me out a lot! Kirk

  5. Thanks, big help especially for removing the hinges from the door.
