You will need to have access to the inside of the dryer to release the motor clips. Our tutorial is located here

If you are replacing the motor, the clips will need to come off the motor. To do this use a flat head or nut driver and apply a small amount of pressure to release the clip.

With both clips off, the blower wheel will need to be removed. This is the tricky part on two roller dryers, the plastic part that connects to the rear of the motor will strip out. Often times the blower wheel will need to be broken off at the wheel.

Place a box wrench on the square shaft and vise grips on the motor shaft next to the pulley, applying pressure to both will break the dryer’s blower wheel free.

Once off the wire harness will need to be removed, the clip on the top and bottom will both need to be removed pictured here
